Rooftop at Riverside
The first approved food truck park in Lee County, Rooftop at Riverside is located in the heart of downtown Bonita Springs. In addition to a two level rooftop bar, RTR will host 7-8 food truck spaces and will accommodate special events, themed nights, and many other entertainment experiences.

The School of Hospitality is a project based in Cape Coral, Florida and is centered to fill the gap and advance the rapidly growing hospitality sector with workforce development, industry training, education, and placement.

Community driven, the project includes several regional industry partners, local businesses, and educational institutions.

Simmer is more than media- it is a collective. A home for the connoisseurs, a space for the adventurous, a platform for the creatives and a community for all.
The project was ventured to provide similar experiences for the Southwest Florida enthusiasts that are looking for more intentional ways to connect, share and grow through food,
entertainment and lifestyle.
